Conditions of using our service

Rewarding Dogs cannot guarantee that your dog will immediately behave in the way you would wish as this depends on circumstances beyond our control. These can include the time you are willing to commit to working with your dog, your ability to apply what you have been taught and the unique and possibly unpredictable characteristics of your dog.

However, provided you have followed the programme designed for you and your dog, if you can demonstrate that it is not effective, we will refund the consultation fee.
