Home Visits & Virtual Meetings

An in-person, or face-to-face session may last 3 to 5 hours and will deal hands on with the specific problems. Most cases will not require further visits but will have free phone/email backup and support. Sometimes, more than one visit (or another virtual session) may be necessary. Again, we provide a written summary as a hard copy in an easy to read A5 format and also via email. We now offer in-person sessions with the option of virtual meetings. This has proved popular and can be followed up with an in person, outdoor session.

Where a virtual meeting is involved, our charge is £40 per hour. We add time involved in writing to the hourly rate. Where there is a single in-person consultation, the charge is £187.00 regardless of the time involved. Mileage is 45 pence a mile outside of Inverness.
